Based on the children’s book, this animated adventure follows a scientist who tries to solve world hunger only to see things go awry as food falls from the sky in abundance. This is the most delicious event since macaroni met cheese.

A Message from the Mayor
Mayor Frank Delucca Jr.
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
A new borough hall building will be located in the center of town in
the near future. The new 9,000 square foot building is proposed to be
built at the intersection of Linden Avenue and the White Horse Pike,
and will house the administrative offices. The police department will
take over the old borough hall, which will undergo renovations, on
Egg Harbor Road.
When our current borough hall was designed in the 1970's, it was for
about 20-25 people. The police department now exceeds 40 officers and
space is being supplemented by an office trailer. We were planning
to rehabilitate the current borough hall by adding an extension. The
original cost estimate would have been $2.5 million plus the cost of
the new borough hall.
The proposal requires design and sealed drawings for a new borough
hall, with the design having a historic effect. The new borough hall
will resemble a train station. The history of our town is related to
railroads and we have three active rail lines-PATCO, New Jersey
Transit, and Conrail. The cost of the new building will not exceed $1
million and taxes will not be raised for it. In 2006 Two bond
ordinances were passed for multiple repairs and upgrades throughout
the borough and a new borough hall, every effort will be made to save
in building costs by serving as the general contractor & by using in-
house contractors where appropriate. We are in the process of
selecting an architect. It's not going to be really fancy and we
already have in our heads what it will look like. I'm hoping within
eight months we can occupy the new borough hall. As for the old
borough hall, the upgrades to accom-modate the police department will
be done in house.
Please note that the Borough Hall, Library and Public Works will be closed due to the economy on the following days: Friday, July 30, 2010, Friday, August 20, 2010, Friday, September 3, 2010, Friday, October 8, 2010, Friday, November 19, 2010 and Monday December 27, 2010.
Please note that the meeting of the Environmental/Shade Tree Committee is cancelled for June. Any questions, please call Nancy DiDomenico at extension 233.
Effective July, the Municipal Court will be changing the hours on the third Thursday from starting at 5 pm to 1 pm. The first Wednesday remains at 1 pm.
